Undergraduate Program

The Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree in the Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Resources Program at West Virginia University is one of only 108 academic programs in the country accredited by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA). Presently, the RPTR Program offers three Bachelor of Science degree concentrations that prepare students for a wide range of exciting career opportunities within the recreation, park, and tourism fields.

Students enrolled in the RPTR undergraduate program will be assigned a faculty advisor who will help you to develop your program of study and answer questions you might have.
